We want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. Due to hygiene standards, hair extensions must be returned with the security seal intact and the hair remains unused.

Return Process

  Log into your customer portal or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unopened hair extensions in their original gold-stamped box, ensuring the security seal is visible and unbroken to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the hygiene seals are intact, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
